LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS

  It's necessary to

• verify it (them) at a Canadian Notary Public;
• legalize the document (s) at the Department of Foreign Affairs & International Trade Canada (DFAIT). Please, enclose the following:
• a money order of  $ 60 CAD ( or $ 50 USD) (for each document) payable to the Consulate of Kazakhstan in Toronto;
• a short letter addressed to DFAIT with request to send the document (s) after its legalization directly to the Consulate of Kazakhstan in Toronto ;
• a short letter addressed to the Consulate of Kazakhstan with request to legalize your document (s), also, please, write in the letter the phone number where we can reach you, if we have questions;
• a self addressed prepaid (FedEx, Purolator, DHL, UPS) envelope.
